Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is if you give us 15 days or more notice, you get a full refund. Fourteen days or less notice and there are no refunds. Except during the UBC student winter break (Dec 1-Jan 7). For cancellations during this time, notification must be received by November 15th in order to receive a full refund. There are no refunds for reservations made during the UBC student winter break if cancellation notification is received after November 15th.
