Availability - Reservations for the lodge can be made through the bookings representative, directly through the lodge, or at the two ticket sales (see Big Ticket Sales page).
UBC students will only receive the UBC student rate if they have a valid UBC student card to show upon arrival at the lodge.
Rates - All of our rates are per night and in Canadian funds.
The price in brackets is the final price (includes all taxes).

To Make A Reservation - Payment is taken upon reservation. You will need to contact us by email, phone or in person at Room 230B (2nd floor SUB). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card (at the lodge), travellers cheques and cash. You will receive an email confirmation that will confirm that your reservation has been processed. Please bring this confirmation with you when you check in. At check in, a receipt can be generated for you.
Cancellation Policy - Our cancellation policy is if you give us 15 days or more notice, you get a full refund. Fourteen days or less notice and there are no refunds. Except during the UBC student winter break (Dec 1-Jan 7). For cancellations during this time, notification must be received by November 15th in order to receive a full refund. There are no refunds for reservations made during the UBC student winter break if cancellation notification is received after November 15th.
Important Information - At check in, you must have identification - this is in accordance with fire and safety rules and regulations. From May 1 to Oct 31, our check in time is from 4pm - 8pm . From Nov 1 to April 30, our check in time is 4pm - 10pm. Check out time is 11am. Please contact us if you cannot arrive during check in time. If you do not arrive during check in time and we have not heard from you, all of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
During the 2010 Olympics the lodge will be available to UBC students only.
